Andrew Verone is the Founder of Verone Ventures, where he advises private equity sponsors and founder-led companies on revenue strategy, innovation, and enterprise value creation in capital-intensive industries.


Andrew previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Contruent, a global capital project controls platform serving utilities and major infrastructure owners, where he led corporate strategy and enterprise go-to-market initiatives during the company’s growth and acquisition by Riverside Capital.


Earlier in his career, Andrew served as Group Vice President of Innovation at Oracle and co-founded the Oracle Industries Innovation Lab, where global industrial and infrastructure organizations collaborated to design digital transformation strategies leveraging cloud, IoT, AI, and emerging enterprise technologies.


Andrew also spent a decade as Chief Information Officer, leading enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across large asset-intensive organizations.


Through Verone Ventures, Andrew focuses on helping companies build scalable revenue engines, align innovation with market demand, and position businesses for long-term enterprise value.
